Benjamin Hempel

Benjamin Hempel is an experienced leader in solution consulting and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Solution Consulting & Customer Success for EMEA at Scandit since December 2018. In this role, Benjamin oversees the Customer Success Management and Solution Consulting teams, focusing on aligning efforts with sales and product functions to deliver business value. Previous positions include Director of Solution Consulting for both EMEA and Asia Pacific, where Benjamin was instrumental in building the team and fostering business growth across multiple countries. Prior to Scandit, Benjamin held various roles at IBM, including Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant, specializing in IoT and industry solutions. Benjamin also has a background in research and process improvement across several organizations, holding degrees in Global Innovation Management and Biomedical Engineering from reputable institutions.
