Tynizia Jackman-Davis

Tynizia Jackman-Davis is a widely accomplished and self-directed senior leader with extensive experience in operations and quality management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Scanfil Inc since July 2017, and as Operational Excellence and Quality Manager for Scanfil Oyj since January 2016, Tynizia demonstrates innovative thinking in roles that significantly impact the bottom line, including Project Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project leader. Prior experience includes positions as Quality Manager at PartnerTech and Quality Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities ranged from quality training coordination to performance measure strategy development. Tynizia holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University.
