Bert Rompa

Bert Rompa is an experienced professional in the fields of business consulting and creative design. Currently serving as a Business Consultant for Driver Services at Scania since February 2012, Bert focuses on assisting transport entrepreneurs with fuel savings and behavioral change through tailored projects. Additionally, Bert has developed a gamified training game for drivers to enhance their behavior post-training and has held the role of Product Manager for Fleet Management Services, overseeing the Scania Communicator in the Benelux region. As the owner of Rompa Design since October 2010, Bert engages in creating movies, websites, graphic designs, and innovative concepts involving gamification. Bert's prior experience includes sales at Makro Cash and Carry NL and a creative team leadership internship at BriljantNet. Bert holds a degree in Communication Multimedia Design from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
