Martin Ragula

Martin Ragula has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Process Manager for Learning & Development in Commercial Operations/Sales & Marketing at Scania Group since December 2019, while also holding the position of People & Culture Director for Scania CER in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Prior to this, Martin was the HR Director at Saint-Gobain Construction Products Slovakia from December 2017 to November 2019 and worked at Hella Slovakia Signal-Lighting s.r.o. as HR Manager from January 2010 to November 2017. Earlier roles include HR & GA Manager at DONGWON CZ and DONGWON SK, and Head of HR Department at ZTS Elektronika a.s. Martin Ragula holds a degree in HR and Personal Management from Trencianska univerzita Alexandra Dubceka v Trencíne, obtained in 2004.
