Olaf Froolik

Olaf Froolik has extensive experience in the ICT infrastructure field, currently serving as Team Leader of ICT Infrastructure at Scania Group since May 2013. Previously held titles at Scania include Network Specialist, Operational Lead Customer Support, and Helpdesk Employee & Incident Management Coordinator, showcasing a strong skill set in helpdesk operations and incident management. Prior experience includes a role as Service Engineer at Avensus in early 2013, and over a decade at Frion as Systeembeheerder, along with a similar position at Bureau Kalden from 2000 to 2007. Olaf also worked as a Network Administrator at Stavoor from 1996 to 2000, establishing a solid foundation in network management.
