Currently serving as the Controller at Scannell Properties since August 2020, Jed previously held multiple controller roles at Justus Companies Inc., COHOAT AND O'NEAL MANAGEMENT CORP, and Beazer Homes, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance management. At Duke Realty Corporation, Jed advanced from Assistant Controller to Assistant Vice President, overseeing accounting for the Midwest Region and Cincinnati operations. With a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington, Jed possesses a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
