Madison Skinner

Madison Skinner, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR professional and consultant, currently serving as the Owner and HR Consultant at Skinner and Company LLC since January 2020. Prior to this, Madison has held various roles at ScanSource since September 2011, including University Relations Manager, where responsibilities involve enhancing brand recognition at universities to attract top talent for full-time positions and internships. Madison's earlier experience includes positions such as Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Product Manager at ScanSource, as well as ETL-HR at Target from 2009 to 2010. Madison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Clemson University, completed in 2008.
