Michael Hagan

Michael Hagan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various IT roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Solution and Design at ScanSource since January 2019, Michael previously held key positions such as Senior Director of Technology Services at Alorica and Director of IT at Concentrix. Michael's career at Concentrix also included roles as Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor for the Cisco Small Business Support Center, where supervision of the Cisco UC500 platform team was a key responsibility.
