Jon Prescott

Jon Prescott is an experienced executive with a strong background in technology and business development. Currently serving as CEO of Scante.net since 2013, Jon leads efforts in creating IoT-driven mobile customer experience applications for engineered products companies, focusing on leveraging IoT data for improved customer support and marketing strategies. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Director of Global Business Development at Fluitec Wind, specializing in Big Data and predictive analytics for wind turbines. Jon's extensive career includes founding and serving as CEO of Astronix Research, where advancements in electronic components and directed energy technologies were key focuses, as well as roles in international technology services at EPT, Inc., independent consulting, and co-founding T.RASA, which developed customer-facing software for durable goods markets. Early in Jon's career, a managerial role was held at Gallatin Steel, overseeing hot rolling mechanical operations.
