Gerardo Magana

Gerardo Magana began their work experience in 1997 at Telvista, where they served as an Operations Manager. GERARDO then moved on to St. John Healthcare Companies (now PDC Healthcare) in 2006, where they held the position of Center Manager, overseeing sales and customer service. In 2008, Magana founded ABC Consulting Services Inc, a contact center outsourcing and consulting organization. GERARDO served as the Founder and Head of Sales, driving top-line revenue and developing strategies to increase sales effectiveness. In 2014, Magana joined Scantibodies Laboratory, Inc as a Business Development professional. GERARDO started as a Business Development Manager and then transitioned to the role of Business Development Director. Magana was responsible for driving top-line revenue for multiple business units, including the IVD Biologic Division, OEM Contract Manufacturing, Plasma Collection Center, and Cancer Clinics.

Gerardo Magana obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from ENEB - Business School in Barcelona, Spain in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Digital Marketing from IAB Spain. GERARDO also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
