Hongwang Xia

Hongwang Xia has worked in a variety of roles in the field of technology since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Philips. From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles, including Key Account Specialist - Automotive Lighting Control Units at KEBODA Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Project Lead at TRUMPF, and Master Thesis Project: 850 nm Transmission Optical Modulator in 3D Imaging System at Ulm University. Most recently, they have been working as a Program Manager at Scantinel Photonics, where they are responsible for R&D Projects Management, Customer Project Management, and Technical Lead for LiDAR Sub-module Development.

Hongwang Xia completed their Bachelor's Degree in Optics Information Science and Engineering from Shandong University between 2013 and 2017. In 2016, they attended the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) for their Ranepa Summer Campus 2016. After that, they earned a Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ulm University between 2017 and 2019. In 2020, they obtained certifications in QPLS1x: Six Sigma: Define and Measure from edX and Financial Markets from Coursera.
