Ciarán Handy GAICD FGIA has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Ciarán is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Scape Australia, a prominent owner and operator of residential living accommodation in Australia. Prior to this, they founded Handy Tourism Consulting in 2016, where they worked as the Chief Executive Officer, offering strategic and operational guidance to stakeholders in the industry. Ciarán also served as the Managing Director at Stamford Land Management Pte Ltd from 2016 to 2019, overseeing luxury hotel operations and property development in Australasia. Before that, Ciarán held the position of Group Director of Operations - Australia & New Zealand at TFE Hotels, one of the largest hospitality management platforms in the country. Ciarán began their career at Hamilton Island as the Executive General Manager, managing various hotel and resort properties on the private integrated resort island in the Great Barrier Reef. Overall, Ciarán's work experience spans over 30 years and covers a wide range of roles and responsibilities within the hospitality and tourism sector.

Ciarán Handy GAICD FGIA has a Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership from Asset College (RTO 31718), as well as a Diploma of Quality Auditing - Lead Audit from the same institution.
