Matthew Dainton

Matthew Dainton is an investment analyst at Scape Australia since January 2025. Previously, Matthew served as a senior consultant and consultant in real estate advisory and transactions at KPMG Australia from February 2022 to January 2025, as well as in a risk consultant role within the same firm. Matthew began a career in engineering at Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure, held from November 2018 to November 2021, first as a trainee engineer and later as an intern, focusing on infrastructure projects and problem-solving with project managers. Alongside these roles, Matthew has been a rugby player at Gordon Rugby Club since January 2008. Matthew holds dual degrees in Bachelor of Advanced Engineering (Civil) and Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Sydney, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2022, following education at St Aloysius' College from 2008 to 2016.
