Imran Syed has a robust background in financial services with extensive experience in cards, payments, and unsecured lending. Currently leading the development of Scapia since September 2022, Imran previously served as Vice President & Head of Cobrand Credit Cards at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where key accomplishments included launching the Co-brand Credit Card (Kaching) with IndiGo. Prior roles include Head of Cards & Unsecured Lending at Federal Bank, where innovative products such as the first digital credit cards for the bank were introduced, and Head of Cards & Payments at The Federal Bank Ltd, overseeing various digital initiatives. Imran holds an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University, complemented by a leadership program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
