Olca Kazanci

Olca Kazanci has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as a Product Engineer at DYO in 2002, where they were responsible for production planning, raw material control, and process redevelopment. They also played a key role in reorganizing multiple plants to comply with health and safety regulations, as well as managing environmental factors and waste treatment facilities.

In 2005, Kazanci joined Metalfrio Solutions as a Material Planning Specialist. In this role, they were involved in customer order system preparation, purchase order creation, and tracking for suppliers. They also handled spare parts organization for plants in Russia and Denmark, and were responsible for refrigeration system components and materials.

Kazanci then moved on to work at İnci GS Yuasa in 2009 as a Procurement Engineer. Here, they focused on preparing purchasing conditions, supplying foreign raw materials, and resolving non-conformity issues between production and suppliers.

After working at İnci GS Yuasa, Kazanci joined HMT LLC in 2011 as a Procurement Engineer. Their responsibilities included procuring engineering materials and services, as well as implementing SAP entry systems for direct materials.

In 2021, Kazanci returned to Scarab Sweepers Ltd. as an MRP Controller. They were responsible for material requirements planning and control.

In the following year, they transitioned to the role of a Senior Buyer at Scarab Sweepers Ltd., where they played a crucial role in purchasing activities.

Prior to all these roles, Kazanci worked as a Production Controller at BorgWarner Inc., starting in 2021.
