Katherine Wicik, M.Ed., CAMFT Associate Member, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mental health, family therapy, and wellbeing initiatives. Currently serving as a Writing Coach, Author, and Book Ambassador at Leadher Publishing since October 2022, Katherine also contributes to Sunnybrook as a Peer Support Champion and a member of the Wellbeing Committee, promoting psychological safety. As an Associate and Couples & Family Counsellor at Forward Thinking Psychological Services, Katherine specializes in parental coaching and offers training as a CIWBR Trainer & Workplace Coach. Katherine's diverse roles include involvement with the Scarborough Women of Philanthropy Council and media health specialization for major outlets. An educator with a background in special education and counseling, Katherine is also engaged in various advanced training programs focused on therapeutic techniques and mindfulness.
