Fatima Fazalullasha, MD, CCFP, serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the School of Medicine at Toronto Metropolitan University since March 2025. As a member of the CAN-PCC Guideline Collaborative with Cochrane Canada, Fatima contributes to developing Canadian guidelines for Post COVID-19 Condition since March 2023. Fatima has been practicing as a Family Physician since July 2017, currently associated with the Scarborough Health Network and previously held a Physician Lead position for Toronto Public Health, focusing on COVID-19 case management and infectious diseases in long-term care facilities. Fatima’s academic background includes a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Ottawa, completion of the Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Toronto, and a degree in Health Sciences from McMaster University, complemented by training in artificial intelligence for clinician champions at The Michener Institute of Education at UHN.
