Nikita Ariarskiy is an experienced human resources executive with a proven track record in strategizing and enhancing people management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at SCARPEL TELECOM since February 2025, Nikita previously held the position of Human Resources Director at FJX Group, overseeing people strategy for key businesses across the MENA region. With significant expertise developed at Nebius, Jimdo, and Lamoda Group, Nikita has successfully managed large HR teams and implemented comprehensive talent management initiatives. Educational qualifications includes advanced studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science and Wharton Executive Education, alongside a Master’s degree in Political Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
