Andrey Nesterov

Andrey Nesterov has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as CTO/CIO at YOTA since May 2008. Notable achievements include the successful launch of voice services across Russian regions, implementation of core platforms, and management of over 100 team members. Prior to this role, Nesterov was the IT Director at YOTA, overseeing the implementation of business systems and automation processes. Earlier in career, Nesterov served as Head of Information Systems Development and Support at O'KEY group, leading significant projects such as ERP implementation and system integrations. Nesterov's career began in programming roles at Constantinopol LLC and Express Audit, specializing in 1C and Lotus Notes. Nesterov holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University.
