Becky Vieira

Becky Vieira has worked in the public relations and communications field since 1999. Becky began their career as an Associate at The Benjamin Group, where they managed public relations representation for a Fortune 50 client. From 2000 to 2004, they worked at Ketchum as a Senior Account Executive and then as the Director of Entertainment Marketing. During this time, they were responsible for entertainment integration programs for clients including ABSOLUT Vodka, Nokia, Hornitos Tequila, and Estee Lauder's LAB Series for Men Skincare. In 2004, they moved to Bragman Nyman Cafarelli as an Account Supervisor, where they coordinated celebrity involvement and support of clients' products and events. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Global Communications Director at Chip & Pepper. During this time, they were responsible for all aspects of internal and external communications and publicity both in the US and key international markets. In 2008, they co-founded PR You, a strategic public relations, branding, and marketing firm. Becky provided services to clients across a wide variety of categories, including fashion, entertainment, health and wellness, food and beauty industries, and principal talent representation. Becky has also worked as a Freelance Public Relations Consultant since 2014, offering consulting services that run the gamut of public relations needs. In 2016, they began working as a Blogger for BabyCenter, and in 2019 they became a Content Creator for Scary Mommy. Most recently, they have worked as a Book Author for Union Square & Co. since 2022.

Becky Vieira attended California State University, Chico from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a BA in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations. Prior to this, they attended Monta Vista.
