Danie Matthee

Danie Matthee is a seasoned professional in the electrical field with 25 years of experience, including 17 years focused on high voltage (HV) switching and maintenance. Currently serving as Plant Supervisor at Scatec ASA since May 2021, Danie oversees the productivity and maintenance of a 75MW PV Plant in the Upington Area. Previous roles include HV Plant Senior Supervisor at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed supervision of the Namakwaland CLN across a 600km radius and operational roles at Hydra Sub Station. Danie's educational background includes an N4 in Electrical Engineering, several advanced certifications in condition monitoring, and a Supervisor Development qualification from the Eskom Academy of Learning.
