Fadhel Nouri

Fadhel Nouri, PMP®, currently serves as a Senior Business Developer and Project Developer at Scatec ASA since May 2022, focusing on the development of solar and wind projects, including securing necessary permits, licenses, and project lands. Previously, Fadhel Nouri held the position of Managing Director at UPC Renewables North Africa from March 2010 to May 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating project development activities, managing cash flow, and leading mergers and acquisitions, as well as serving as Project Manager and other technical roles in resource assessment. Fadhel Nouri obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from ESSTT from 2004 to 2009.
