Ian Nichol

Ian Nichol is currently the Chief Property Officer at Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc. Previously, Ian worked as the Group General Manager Construction at BGC Housing Group and Group General Manager Developments at National Lifestyle Villages Pty Ltd. With a background in project management and technical roles, Ian brings a wealth of experience in overseeing the development and construction of various projects in the engineering and infrastructure sectors. Ian holds an MBA in Business & Project Management from La Trobe University and has completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
