Mandy van der Ree

Mandy van der Ree is an ICT Servicedesk Medewerker at SCC Business Systems since February 2023, previously serving as a Support Engineer at Advisor ICT Solutions from August 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Mandy worked as a Senior VoIP Support Engineer at BTC from September 2013 to August 2021, providing first- and second-line customer support focused on Broadsoft telephone systems. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior ISP medewerker Operations at RoutIT, assisting with helpdesk services for Hosted IP services and number porting. Mandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede (2006-2012) and has a Propedeuse in Graphic Media Technology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (2004-2006), alongside educational qualifications from Merewade College Gorinchem and LTS 't Gilde Gorinchem.
