Operations Process Manager

Camelia Alexa has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as an Operations Process Manager at SCC since March 2016, where responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for customers, managing incident priorities, and ensuring timely solutions in line with service level agreements. Prior to this role, Camelia worked as a Service Desk Analyst at SCC and held the position of Out of Hours Call Management Agent at the same company. After a maternity leave from January 2014 to February 2016, Camelia returned to SCC to contribute further to customer support initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Translation and Terminology in French and English and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Language and Literature, both obtained from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
