Jonathan Adams

Jonathan Adams has extensive experience in project coordination and customer service, currently serving as a Project Coordinator at SCC since May 2017, where previous roles included Internal Account Manager and Customer Support Coordinator. Prior to SCC, Jonathan worked at Asda from April 2014 to May 2017 as a Section Leader, responsible for team management, administration, and customer service, as well as a Checkout Operator focusing on customer interactions. Jonathan's earlier experience includes a role as a Classroom Assistant at Kumon Educational UK from February 2006 to July 2014, where responsibilities included communication with parents regarding student progress. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from Birmingham City University and various computing diplomas from Solihull College.
