Samantha Weeks has been working at SCC since May 2011, serving in various roles such as ServiceNow Service Delivery Manager, Service Support Manager, Major Incident Manager, Problem Manager, and Lead Major Incident & Problem Manager. Prior to SCC, Samantha worked at TNT Express as an Incident Manager from November 2009 to May 2011. Samantha completed their education at Lode Heath Secondary School.
