Peter Sutton

Peter Sutton is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Swire Coca-Cola since August 2022, Peter previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner Leader (Global) at Aviagen, overseeing HR functions across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe from January 2020 to October 2022. Prior to Aviagen, Peter was a Senior Regional Human Resource Leader at AgReserves, Inc., where responsibilities included strategic management and employee capability development. Additional experience includes roles as a Deployment Analyst at Workday and a Strategic HR Business Partner Intern at Ford Motor Company. Peter began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at LDS Business College and as a 911 Dispatcher at the University of Utah. Peter holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and a B.S. in Political Science and Government from the University of Utah.
