Ben Culley is a Rail Solutions Specialist at SCCS - The Survey Equipment Company since April 2022, following a comprehensive tenure at Network Rail that lasted from September 2008 to April 2022. During this time, Ben Culley held multiple roles, including Track Designer, Senior Technical Officer, and Network Rail Apprentice. Ben Culley completed the Network Rail advanced apprenticeship scheme between 2008 and 2011, achieving an NVQ Level 3 in Railway Engineering.
