Matt Wood

Matt Wood is an experienced entrepreneur and executive in the biotechnology and probiotic sectors. As the CEO and Founder of Probiotic Holdings, LLC since April 2004, and CEO of SCD Probiotics, which specializes in innovative probiotic products, Matt has played a significant role in advancing microbial technology. In addition, Matt serves on the Advisory Board of UMB Financial Corp and leads Proviera Biotech LLC, focusing on groundbreaking biotechnology solutions for the leather tanning industry. Previous leadership roles include Chairman and Founder of Probiotic Holdings, LLC, and CEO of Sustainable Community Development, LLC. Matt holds a Master of Science in Bioproduction and Environmental Microbiology from the University of the Ryukyus and a Bachelor of Science in Soil and Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia, complemented by an internship in probiotic technology at Universidad EARTH.
