Julie Eby-McKenzie

Julie Eby-McKenzie currently serves as the Regional Manager for the State Council on Developmental Disabilities since March 2021, having previously held the position of Community Program Specialist at the same organization in Los Angeles from July 2011 to March 2021, where advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities was a primary focus. Julie has extensive experience in quality assurance and staff development from previous roles at Easter Seals Southern California, contributing to regulatory compliance and staff retention through the development of training programs.
