Connan Chan

Connan Chan has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition field. Their most recent role was as a Talent Partner at Supercell through Scede. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Recruiter at Scede, where they helped tech companies and game studios achieve their hiring goals. They also have experience as a Talent Partner at Scopely and a Senior Tech Recruiter at Automattic, where they sourced and recruited top tech talent. Before transitioning to recruitment, Connan worked at DataFinery Consulting as a Team Lead and Recruitment Consultant, specializing in digital transformation. They also gained early experience as a Junior Recruiter. Lastly, Connan started their career as a Summer Intern at Munros in both 2016 and 2017.

Connan Chan obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science and Linguistics as a double major from the University of Toronto between 2015 and 2019. In 2020, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Humber College. Connan also holds a High School Diploma from Diocesan Boys' School, which they obtained between 2008 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Connan has obtained several certifications, including training as a coach in archery through the National Coaching Certification Program and various LinkedIn certifications in performance management, customer success, recruiting, and Salesforce administration.
