Jules Klerken has over a decade of experience in sales at Scelta Mushrooms B.V., where the focus is on processing mushrooms into diverse products, including freshly frozen, preserved mushrooms, healthier appetizers, and natural taste enhancers. Prior to this role, Jules served as a Communications Discovery Officer at The Scelta Institute from March 2011 to 2014. Jules is an alumnus of Business School Notenboom.

These find their way into pizzas, soups, sauces, ready meals and other products and are available in multiple international supermarkets.
