Steven Chen has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Steven is currently working at Scene Health as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, where they serve as a subject matter expert and develops scalable and robust Salesforce platform solutions. Prior to this, Steven completed the Salesforce Career Development Program at Talent Stacker, where they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator credential and gained experience configuring Salesforce orgs based on client requirements. Steven also has experience as an iOS Developer at Particle Games LLC, where they conducted rapid prototyping and collaborated with a team in gameplay and UI/UX design. Additionally, Steven served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they investigated the microstructure of colloidal suspensions through computational fluid dynamics. Steven also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin, where they reviewed research papers and conducted nonlinear regression to obtain statistical data. Furthermore, they had a Co-op Engineer role at ExxonMobil, where they participated in designing a propylene flushing system and evaluated safety issues. Alongside their work experience, Steven also took a personal sabbatical from 2015 to 2020.
Steven Chen holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Steven also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to their formal education, Steven has achieved various certifications in Salesforce, including the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) from Salesforce, obtained in January 2023, and the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce, obtained in December 2020. Steven also holds the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification, obtained in July 2020. Furthermore, Steven has completed several Superbadges in different areas, such as Process Automation Specialist, Business Administration Specialist, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, Lightning Experience Specialist, and Security Specialist, all from Trailhead by Salesforce, obtained in 2020.

Our 360° model of care enhances the gold standard of medication adherence, Directly Observed Therapy. Combining personalized video coaching, education, and motivational content, we bringhealthcare professionals, patients, and their families together to solve the $500B medication nonadherence problem. Our mobile app allows patients to connect with a care team of pharmacists, nurses, and health coaches through daily video check-ins, anytime and anywhere. We make it fun for patients to stay on top of their medications, help them address any medication challenges, and empower them to improve their health by identifying and addressing barriers to adherence related to social determinants of health. Over 120 customers across the healthcare landscape use our medication engagement program to improve medication adherence for patients with chronic and infectious diseases.
