Ellie Shaxon is currently the Head of Product at Scene, leading the Product practice for the company's expansion into the US. Prior to this role, Ellie worked as a Talent Advisor and DEI Lead at Scene, where diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental pillars. Ellie has also worked as a Talent Trainee at Blue Lizard Basketball and has experience as a Professional Athlete in various organizations. Ellie's professional background includes roles in sports development administration and as a Personal Assistant at Therium Capital Management. Ellie holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Essex and a degree in English Literature from Leeds Beckett University.
