Tracey Pearce

Tracey Pearce has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Tracey is currently the President at Scene+ since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Executive, Strategic Advisor in 2021. Tracey has also worked at Bell Media, first as the President of Distribution and Pay from August 2016 to January 2021, and later as the Senior Vice President of Specialty and Pay from August 2014 to August 2016. Before joining Bell Media, Tracey was a Senior Media Consultant for their own company from September 2011 to August 2014. From October 2007 to August 2011, they were the Senior Vice-President of Business and Legal Affairs at Bell Media. Tracey's career began at CTVglobemedia, where they served as the Vice President and General Counsel from August 2001 to September 2007. Prior to that, they worked at Goodmans LLP as a Partner from November 1996 to July 2001.

Tracey Pearce obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 1996. During their time there, they were awarded the Gold Medalist and the Fellowship in Communications Law and also served as a lecturer at Osgoode Law School. In the same year, they also completed a Diploma in Arts and Media Management at Schulich School of Business.

Prior to their postgraduate studies, Tracey Pearce earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Toronto in 1988.

In 2014, Tracey Pearce enrolled in The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and completed a Diploma in Strategic Leadership.

Additionally, Tracey Pearce participated in the International Women's Forum Leadership Fellows Program, jointly offered by INSEAD and Harvard Business School, from an unspecified starting year until 2018.
