Courtney Johnson Rose holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Since December 2018, Courtney serves as the Chief Executive Officer of George E. Johnson Development, Inc., and has been the National President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers since August 2023. As Principal Broker of George E. Johnson Properties LLC, an affiliate of George E. Johnson Development, Courtney manages all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including recruitment and training of agents. Previous experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at Prairie View A&M University, where coursework focused on real estate and community development. Courtney began a professional career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture after earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Community Development from Prairie View A&M University.
