Paul D. Charles serves as the Executive Director of the Neighborhood Recovery Community Development Corporation, bringing extensive experience in community development and organizational leadership. With a background in civil engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Paul has been an active board member of several organizations, including Urban Harvest and Scenic Houston, since 2008. Additionally, Paul has played a significant role in ULI ICC and the Texas Association of CDCs, contributing to these institutions since 2005 and 1998, respectively. Previously, Paul served as President of the NBMBAA Houston Chapter from 2005 to 2008 and as a board member of NCCED from 1996 to 2010.
