Russ Frank

Russ Frank is an experienced transportation and public affairs executive with a notable career spanning over two decades. Since 2000, Russ has been affiliated with the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County. Prior experience includes serving as Member Services Director for the Houston Contractors Association from 1996 to 2000 and as a Council Member for Eleanor Tinsley in the City of Houston from 1992 to 1995. Russ holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Specialist from Baylor University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
