Jay (Elam) King

Jay (Elam) King has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as General Manager at Scenic Ridge Construction since April 1998, where volunteer efforts focus on supporting nonprofit organizations with building projects. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Manager/Supervisor at D & E Construction from February 1982 to April 1989, specializing in steel and concrete construction, and began the career as a Welder at Lapp Welding Shop from February 1980 to January 1982. Educational foundations were established at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
