Vivian Ayala

Vivian Ayala is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the retail and fashion industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Scent Theory Products since June 2025, Vivian previously held the role of Director of Sales at Centric Brands, where significant growth was achieved by launching new brands and expanding international partnerships. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Account Executive at Best Accessory Group and FAB NY, as well as various buying and analytical roles at VIP.com, Toys R Us, Destination Maternity Corporation, and Steve Madden. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware.
