Desmond Cusaac

Desmond Cusaac is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and enhancing sales team performance. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for ScentAir since May 2016, Cusaac has successfully led the Northeast Region and implemented strategies to improve new hire effectiveness and sales management. Previously, as a Regional Sales Leader, Cusaac transformed an underperforming region into one of the top teams through strategic initiatives that resulted in five consecutive years of year-over-year growth. Prior experience includes a tenure at Aramark Uniform Services, where Cusaac advanced through various roles to General Manager, achieving over $24 million in annual revenue and managing a large team. Cusaac began a sales career at Lanier Worldwide, consistently exceeding sales targets and earning recognition for top performance. Cusaac holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Towson University.
