Tracy Wu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, sales management, and operations in the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as the Training and Evaluation Manager for the APAC region at ScentAir since April 2019, Tracy has focused on developing and implementing training systems and sales enhancement strategies in China and Japan. Previous roles include Senior Sales Training Manager at Dell EMC, Operation Director at YouthMBA.com, and various positions at Dell China, where accomplishments included achieving significant sales targets and recognition for outstanding performance. Tracy's career began in administrative roles and has evolved through significant contributions to business development and market penetration across multiple companies, demonstrating strong leadership in sales training and operations management. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from East China University of Science and Technology.
