Bettina O'Neill has a diverse range of experience in the beauty and fragrance industry. Bettina was the SVP of Business Development, Merchandising & Wholesale at Scentbird from 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development & Merchandising at the same company from 2020 to 2021.

Before their time at Scentbird, O'Neill worked as the Vice President of Sales & Training North America at The Harmonist from 2020 to 2020, and as the Vice President of Sales from 2018 to 2020.

From 2016 to 2020, O'Neill was the President of Bettina O'Neill & Associates, a consulting agency specializing in the beauty and fragrance industry. During this time, their responsibilities included providing an accurate overview of the industry, assisting in branding and product development, identifying distribution channels, and creating marketing plans, among other tasks.

Earlier in their career, O'Neill worked at Barneys New York as the Vice President Divisional Merchandise Manager for Cosmetics & Fragrances from 2000 to 2016. Bettina successfully developed the niche fragrance business and managed a large team.

Prior to that, they worked as the National Sales Manager at Vincent Longo and played a key role in driving sales from major retailers. Bettina also worked at Cartier as an Account Executive in the Fragrance Division, where they managed a territory and achieved sales goals.

O'Neill started their career at Neiman Marcus as a Manager in the Cosmetics Department, where they operated a $10M department and earned recognition for their performance. Bettina also worked at Hermes as a Senior Account Executive, cultivating fragrance sales across a territory.

Bettina began their career at Saks Fifth Avenue as an Assistant Buyer for Men's Fragrances.

Bettina O'Neill attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1991. Bettina completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing & Product Development during this time.
