CX Tier 2 Project Manager at Scentbird

Jessica Lauren has extensive work experience in customer experience (CX) management. Jessica began their career in 2012 at NewYorkDress, where they served as the CX Operations Lead for three years. In 2015, they joined Scentbird as the CX Manager, holding this position for four years until 2019. During their time at Scentbird, they also took on the role of CX Tier 2 Project Manager. In 2018, they joined Deck of Scarlet as the CX Manager, and they continue to work in this position.

Jessica Lauren obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hunter College, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
