Andrew Harmos

Andrew Harmos is a seasoned legal and corporate executive with extensive experience in the fields of corporate law and strategic advisory. Currently serving as Director at Scentre Group since 2010 and Director at Harmos Horton Lusk since 2002, Andrew has played a pivotal role in specializing in public and private M&A, capital raisings, and corporate governance. Previous leadership positions include Director at AMP Limited from 2017 to 2020 and Chairman of NZX Limited from 2008 to 2015. Andrew's legal career commenced as a Partner at Russell McVeagh from 1986 to 2002. Andrew holds an LLB(Hons) and BCom from the University of Auckland.
