Lauren Tunks

Lauren Tunks has extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors, currently serving as a Retail Sales Executive and Retail Manager at Scentre Group since September 2021. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Retail Services Manager at the International Convention Centre Sydney and was responsible for transforming its retail operations. Lauren also worked as an Engagement Coordinator at KPMG Australia, leading project coordination and management for client engagements. Previous roles include serving as Head of Food & Beverage at Mark Moran Group, overseeing multiple food and beverage divisions, and Operations Manager for the Zouki Group, managing several cafes and food service operations. Lauren’s career began at InterContinental Hotels Group, where various roles in food and beverage management were undertaken. Lauren holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management and a Certificate II in Commercial Cookery from TAFE NSW.
