Matthew Donoghue

Matthew Donoghue is an experienced professional in the retail property sector with over 25 years of expertise. Currently serving as Regional Manager of Leasing & Retail Solutions at Scentre Group since November 2014, Matthew oversees leasing for multiple shopping centres, including Doncaster and Fountain Gate. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions such as Senior Leasing Executive, focusing on the development of Knox Shopping Centre, and Project Leasing Manager at Colonial First State Global Asset Management, where involvement included projects at Bayside S.C., Forrest Hill Chase, and Epping Plaza. Earlier experience includes serving as State Leasing Manager for the Victorian portfolio at Jones Lang LaSalle, engaging with major clients. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business in Property (Valuations) from RMIT, complemented by education from Salesian College.
