Phillip Searle is an experienced facilities and project manager with a diverse background in the retail and construction industries. Currently serving as Regional Facilities Manager at Scentre Group since October 2023, Phillip previously held the role of Construction Project Manager at Woolworths Group from November 2022 to October 2023.
