Rhys McDonald

Rhys McDonald is a Customer Service Specialist and Services Attendant at Scentre Group, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service in both retail and carpark environments since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Truck Washer at Berle Transport Pty and a Warehouse Assistant at Calfinn, where responsibilities included general warehouse operations and administrative tasks. Earlier in the career, Rhys worked as a Kitchen Steward at ANZ Stadium. Rhys has achieved several educational qualifications from TAFE NSW, including a Certificate IV in Retail Management and a Certificate III in Retail Services, as well as a Certificate III in Technical Production from 313 Studios, and completed HSC in Music at Vincentia High School.
